QSR Automations Enables Record Increase In Order Execution For Denny’s Diner
Following a completed installation of QSR Automation’s ConnectSmart® Kitchen (CSK) and DineTime software, Denny’s Diner, Swansea, has seen a record increase in orders leaving the kitchen in under 20 minutes; reporting 82% of successful breakfast orders, further increasing to 84% during dinner service.
Looking to elevate the customer experience, internationally renowned Denny’s requested the aid of QSR’s ConnectSmart Kitchen and DineTime in its only UK site, to help streamline operations in the kitchen and at the host stand. Providing more than just an upgrade from existing tickets, the new installation has replaced a previous KDS system at the venue.
CSK enhances the speed of service and minimises food waste by displaying orders and automatically allocating each section of an order to the correct section of the kitchen. The DineTime platform provides Denny’s with operation tools like table management, waitlist and reservation management, and detailed analytics to help guide future business decisions. With DineTime, Denny’s can ensure that customers are able to receive accurate wait times based on the real-time wait statuses and table slots, as well as letting guests customise their booking with special occasions or dietary requirements.
